Yogyakarta – In order to strengthen ties of friendship while applying ecological knowledge directly, the extended family of students from the Biology Education Study Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga organized a bonding activity (Biofam) combined with ecosystem observation.
This event integrated elements of recreation, togetherness, and academic learning. Through ecosystem observation, students were invited to directly observe interactions between biotic and abiotic components in nature, which also served as part of fulfilling their ecology practical coursework. This approach was designed so that students could learn in a more relaxed atmosphere while remaining rich in scientific value.
The event took place with great enthusiasm and camaraderie, and it is expected to strengthen solidarity among students while increasing their awareness and care for environmental conservation.
