Yogyakarta – In order to welcome the new academic year, the Biology Education Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga organized the Socialization and Academic Mentoring (Sospem) activity for new students. This program was specifically designed to help new students adapt to the campus environment and understand the prevailing academic system.
Through this activity, new students received an in-depth introduction to the curriculum, laboratory facilities, and various student activities that can support their personal development. Additionally, this mentoring program involved academic advisors and senior students to provide guidance and motivation during the transition from high school to higher education.
The Sospem activity proceeded with great enthusiasm and interaction. It is hoped that through this program, new students will have the mental and academic readiness needed to begin their lectures in the Biology Education Program.
